How To Use

With your opposite hand, reach over your head and pull your ear upwards.
Applying pressure with your thumb, insert the earplug using a gentle rocking motion.
Insert until the largest flange seals the entrance of the ear canal.
Try different rotational angles until you find a suitable angle for you.

If you experience difficulty placing the earplug in your ear canal, try wetting the earplug with water to help it slip into place.
