These versatile packs can be used warm to help encourage milk let down and relieve blocked ducts, or used cool to soothe tender and engorged breasts. The unique contoured shape fits comfortably inside a nursing bra, providing discreet and effective therapy.

How To Use

Always test the temperature of the pack before application. Place the pack inside the provided soft cover before applying to the skin.

For Cold Therapy (To relieve pain from engorgement or mastitis):

Place the pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Insert the frozen pack into the soft cover.
Apply to the affected breast for as long as comfortable.

For Hot Therapy (To encourage milk let-down or relieve blocked ducts):

Microwave Method: Place the pack flat in the microwave. Heat according to the microwave's wattage (e.g., 700 Watts for 15 seconds). If more heat is required, heat in additional 5-second increments until the desired temperature is reached.
Hot Water Method: Immerse the pack in hot (not boiling) water for 3-5 minutes.
Carefully remove the pack, insert it into the soft cover, and apply to the breast.
