How To Use

Adjust the oven rack to the middle position and preheat the oven to 180°C.
Prepare the baking pan according to the illustrated instructions on the packaging.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, melted butter, and oil on high speed for 30 seconds until well blended.
Add the milk and beat on medium speed until combined.
Add the brownie mix and chocolate chips. Gently fold with a spatula until just combined. Do not overbeat.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 30–35 minutes. The brownies are ready when a thin knife inserted into the center comes out clean or the edges have pulled away slightly from the pan. Do not overcook.
Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into 16 squares.

Microwave Instructions

Line a 22 cm × 22 cm microwave-safe dish with absorbent kitchen paper.
Cook on high for 4 minutes.
Leave the brownies to stand in the microwave with the door closed for 5 minutes.
Cook for a further 3 minutes on high.
Allow to rest in the dish for 10 minutes before removing.
