How To Use

Place the insoles into your footwear with the fabric side up.
Ensure the insole sits snugly against the back of the shoe.
If you are new to orthotics, it may take a few days to get used to them. Wear for one hour on the first day, two on the second, and so on, until they feel comfortable to wear all day.
