How long can I keep refrigerated probiotics out of the fridge?

Refrigerated probiotics must be kept in cold storage, though Inner Health fridge-stored probiotics have been well-tested & show they remain live & effective for up to 7 days at room temperatures of under 30°C, provided they are re-refrigerated & used within 6 months.

How to Use

Mix the following into water, juice, formula or milk (warm or cold). Sprinkle on cereal, food or take directly off the spoon. Alternatively take as advised by a healthcare professional.

Children from 0 to 12 years:

Take 2.3g (1 dry level metric teaspoon) daily.

Antibiotic use: If your child has been taking a course of antibiotics, take 2.3g (1 dry level metric teaspoon) twice daily.

For best results, take Inner Health Pregnancy and Breastfeeding while breastfeeding for baby's ongoing healthy development.
