Glides on smoothly and creates a thin, highly pigmented black line to hold your false eyelashes comfortably in place. No additional eyelash adhesive needed. Can be worn as a liquid eyeliner alone (without lashes).
Applicator has a precision tip brush for great control and effortless application.

HOW TO USE

Step 1: Starting with one eye, apply DUO Line It Lash It Eyeliner from inner to outer corner of lash line.

Step 2: Directly apply false lashes along your lash line and adjust where necessary.

Step 3: Repeat on other eye. No lash glue needed.
