Chemists Own Epsom Salts offer a versatile solution for both relaxation and digestive health. Composed of pure magnesium sulfate, these salts can be dissolved in a warm bath to help soothe tired, aching muscles and promote overall relaxation. When taken orally as directed, it also functions as an effective laxative to relieve occasional constipation.

How To Use

As a bath salt: Dissolve 375g in a normal hot bath.
As a laxative:
- Adults: Dissolve 5 to 15g in a glass of water. Drink with a full glass of water.
- Children over 6 years: Give half the adult dose.
- Not recommended for children under 6 years.

Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence. If symptoms persist, seek medical advice. Drink plenty of water.
