How To Use

Adults & Children 12+ Years:
- For daily use: Take 1 hard capsule daily.
- For specific regimens (e.g., during travel): Take 2 hard capsules daily. For travel, take for 5 days prior to and during travel.
Take with food, or as advised by a health professional.
