DIRECTIONS

Six strains of probiotics used in the fermentation process include: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Biﬁdobacterium lactis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii).
