How To Use

Adults:
- Women: Take 9 tablets daily in divided doses with meals (no more than 3 tablets at one time).
- Men: Take 11 tablets daily in divided doses with meals (no more than 3 tablets at one time).
Children under 18: Only as professionally prescribed.
