Immerse yourself in a tranquil garden experience with this beautiful bath blend. Formulated to help you feel your best, it combines muscle-relaxing Epsom salts with gently cleansing baking soda. How To Use

  1. For a full body soak: Mix 2 cups of salt in warm water and soak for 20 minutes.
  2. For a foot soak: Mix 1/2 cup of salt in warm water and soak feet for 15 minutes.
  3. For aches, sprains, and stings: Mix 1 cup of salt in 1 litre of warm water. Soak a cloth in the solution, squeeze out excess water, and apply to the targeted area for 5 minutes. Repeat 2 or 3 times.
