How To Use

Use the spoolie end to brush brow hairs upward and into place.
With the pencil end, use short, feathery strokes to fill in any sparse areas, following the natural direction of hair growth.
Define the arch and tail of the brow as desired.
Gently brush through the brows with the spoolie again to blend the color for a soft, natural finish.
