How To Use

For warmth: Heat in a microwave for up to 90 seconds (based on a 1,000W microwave).
For cooling: Place in a sealed freezer bag and put in the freezer for two to three hours.
Cleaning: Surface clean only with a damp sponge. Do not immerse in water or machine wash.

Ensure the microwave turntable is clean and able to rotate freely. Do not overheat. Do not ingest contents. Allow to cool to room temperature before reheating.
