Instant ice pack is a disposable non-refrigerated portable instant ice compress fast and effective for first aid.

Great for the sports bag.Can be used for sprains sporting injuries, burns and stings. Dimensions 20 cm x 15 cm.

How To Use:

Place the pack on a flat surface, locate the liquid bubble and break by giving a small thump with heel of the palm. Shake vigorously to mix. Apply. For 10 to 15 minutes. Do not use if skin is impaired in any way. Montior Children and the elderly carefully during use
