How To Use

  1. Open the packet and expose the pad to air when ready to use.
  2. Peel off the backing.
  3. Without creasing it, place the adhesive side of the pad over your clothes where you want heat.
  4. The pads will heat up gradually.
  5. Remove gently after use.
