Irritant. This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation to certain individuals. A preliminary test according to the accompanying directions should be made before use. This product must not be used for dyeing eyelashes or eyebrows; to do so may be injurious to the eye.

Hair colourants can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow instructions. This product is not intended for use on persons under the age of 16. Temporary "Black Henna" tattoos may increase your risk of allergy. Do not colour your hair if:

• you have a rash on your face or sensitive, irritated and damaged scalp

• you have ever experienced any reaction after colouring your hair

• you have experienced a reaction to a temporary "Black henna" tattoo in the past.

In case of any reaction or when in doubt consult a doctor before using any hair colour product. Rinse hair well after application. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse eyes immediately if product comes into contact with them. Do not use to dye eyelashes or eyebrows. Wear suitable gloves. Mixing ratio:1:1.

First Aid Information

For advice, contact a Poisons Information Centre (phone Australia 13 11 26; New Zealand 0800 764 766) or a doctor at once. If swallowed, do not induce vomiting. If in eyes, hold eyelids apart and flush the eye continuously with running water. Continue flushing until advised to stop by a Poisons Information Centre or a doctor, or for at least 15 minutes. If skin contact occurs, remove contaminated clothing and flush skin with running water.

Directions

1. Prepare Colour mixing Colour-blend activator and formula in bottle.

2. Wearing gloves, shake bottle well until the mixture has thickened.

3. Part your hair into small, even sections and apply to your roots first. Work through your hair from root to tip.

4. Pour any unused mixture down the drain within one hour.

5. Leave on for 25 minutes or the time indicated by your Strand Test.

6. Add a small amount of warm water and massage into a lather. Rinse until water runs clear from your hair.

7. Apply Conditioning Gloss. For best results, leave on for 2 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water. Save gloss to use once a week after shampooing.

8. For root application: Part your hair down the middle and apply mixture to your roots only. Leave the colour on for 20 minutes or 5 minutes less than the time indicated by your Strand Test. Then gently work the remaining colour through the rest of your hair but avoid rubbing into the scalp.
