How To Use

  1. Ensure the inside of the shoe is clean and dry before application.
  2. Remove the protective film from the cushion.
  3. Place the cushion in the front of the shoe with the sticky side down.
  4. Ensure the cushion is positioned under the ball of your foot.
  5. Reposition as needed for maximum comfort.
  6. To remove, pull the cushion out of the shoe slowly and gently.
  7. Replace after six months or at the first signs of wear.
