Directions for use:

Thoroughly dry teeth before use. Peel off the long strip and apply sticky side to top teeth. Press strip down firmly and fold over back of teeth to secure. Repeat for short strip on bottom teeth. Allow 30 minutes for whitening. Remove strips.
