Instructions for Use:

  1. Position the lower section of the back piece over the coccyx (tailbone)

  2. Wrap the brace around your waist and secure with the fastener straps

  3. Adjust elastic side straps to achieve desired compression

Sizing Guide: (Measure around the middle of your waist)

  • XS: 60–69 cm (23½–27¼ in)

  • S: 70–80 cm (27½–31¾ in)

  • M: 81–90 cm (32–35½ in)

  • L: 91–100 cm (35¾–39 in)

  • XL: 101–112 cm (39¾–44 in)

  • XXL: 113–125 cm (44–48½ in)
