How To Use

Ensure the microwave is clean and the turntable can rotate freely.
Place the product in the microwave.
For a 600-800W microwave, heat for a maximum of 90 seconds.
For an 850-1000W microwave, heat for a maximum of 60 seconds.
To use as a cool pack, place in a sealed freezer bag and freeze for two to three hours.

Warnings

Do not overheat. Only reheat from room temperature. Surface clean with a damp sponge only; do not immerse in water. Inspect at regular intervals and discard if found worn or damaged.
