How To Use

  1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a saucepan.

  2. Add the jar of Laksa Paste and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

  3. Pour in 400ml of coconut milk and 1 cup of vegetable stock. Bring to a boil.

  4. Add your favourite protein (e.g., tofu, mock chicken) and vegetables. Simmer until cooked through.

  5. Serve hot with rice noodles and garnish with fresh coriander, bean sprouts, and a wedge of lime.
