Ideal for swimming, showering, and other water activities, these mouldable earplugs help prevent water from entering the ear canal, reducing the risk of swimmer's ear and other related discomforts. How To Use

Ensure hands and ear opening are clean and dry before handling.
Roll the plug between your fingers to soften and shape it into a ball.
Place the plug over the ear opening and flatten to form an airtight seal. Do not push it into the ear canal.
To remove, press up from behind the ear lobe and carefully lift the edges of the plug to break the seal.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not insert into the ear canal. Do not cut, break apart, or elongate the earplug. Keep out of reach of children; may present a choking hazard if swallowed. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience pain or irritation. Do not use for scuba diving or at depths greater than 3 metres. Replace when earplugs become dirty or lose their tackiness.
