How To Use

Add liquids first, then fresh or frozen ingredients and any dry additions into a compatible NutriBullet cup, observing the marked maximum fill line.
Securely attach the extractor or milling blade assembly to the cup, ensuring it is firmly tightened and the seal is in place.
Place the assembled cup onto the motor base and push down, then twist to lock into the blending position to start the motor.
Blend in short bursts or until the contents reach the desired consistency, then twist to stop and remove the cup from the base.
Detach the blade assembly carefully, check that blending has finished, and drink directly from the cup or fit a suitable lid for storage or transport.
