Martin & Pleasance Nat Phos is a tissue salt preparation containing Sodium Phosphate in a lactose base. It is traditionally used as an alkalinising tissue salt and is formulated for use in situations associated with excess acidity. The product is available in a bottle of 125 tablets.

  • Acid taste and sour breath
  • Acid indigestion
  • Vomiting of sour fluids
  • Diarrhoea with sour-smelling stools
  • Joint stiffness, traditionally used alongside Mag Phos

Dosage

  • Adults: 1 tablet
  • Children: ½ tablet
  • Infants: ¼ tablet

How to Use

  • Chew the tablet, or crush and dissolve it in water.
  • Acute conditions: Take every half hour, up to 6 doses per day, until symptoms subside.
  • Chronic or maintenance use: Take 4 times daily.
  • Take approximately 30 minutes before meals and the final dose at bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains 0.5 mcg of Sodium Phosphate Mineral Tissue Salt in a lactose base.
