Easy to make, just add water or milk

How To Use

Add 50g (1/2 cup) of pancake mix to a bowl or shaker.
Add 60mL of your favourite milk and mix with a whisk or shake until you have a smooth batter.
Let the batter sit for 1-2 minutes to thicken.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Pour batter into the pan to form 2-3 pancakes.
Cook for 60-90 seconds or until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for a further 60 seconds until golden brown.
Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
