How to Use:

Apply either around the lower lashes, above the upper lashes or all over the eyelid as a base for the Eye Shadows. Apply Inika Organic Eye Shadow over the top of Inika Organic Eye Liner and it will draw out the pigment in the shadow to give you a dramatic effect.
