How to Use:
For Adults Only.

  • Vaporization: Add 6–9 drops (0.2mL–0.3mL) to water in your diffuser to create a serene atmosphere.
  • Massage: Mix 6 drops (0.2mL) with 1 tablespoon (15mL) of carrier oil and massage onto the chest or back. Use within 24 hours if stored at room temperature.
