How To Use

Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops to your diffuser.
Topical Application: Dilute 1 drop with 5ml of a carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest, or the back of the neck.
Bath: Add 2-3 drops to a dispersant, such as a carrier oil, and add to bathwater for a relaxing and skin-nourishing experience.
