Usage Instructions:

Always carry out the treatment with the assistance of another person.
Lie comfortably on your side with your head slightly elevated.
Your partner gently positions the non-burning end of the earcandle into the outer ear canal with a light rotating motion until sealed.
The candle is correctly placed when you hear a gentle crackling and hissing sound.
Allow the candle to burn down only to 1 cm above the safety line before removing and extinguishing it in water.
Repeat with a new candle on the other ear, followed by a 15–30 minute rest for best results.

Safety Notes:

Never perform the treatment alone.
Always keep a glass of water nearby to extinguish the candle.
Do not use if you have a perforated eardrum, ear implants, inflammations, or skin conditions around the ear.
Rarely, mild allergic reactions may occur (e.g., itchiness), which can be eased with suitable eardrops.
