BETADINE Antiseptic Solution is a powerful antiseptic designed for the treatment of minor cuts, abrasions, and skin infections. It rapidly kills a broad spectrum of germs, including bacteria, fungi, and viruses, to help prevent infection in wounds. This non-irritating formula is gentle on the skin and will not permanently stain skin or natural fabrics.

How To Use

Apply undiluted to the injured area.
Repeat two or three times daily as needed.
The area may be covered with gauze or an adhesive bandage.

Warnings

For external use only. Always read the label and use only as directed. Do not use if hypersensitive to iodine or povidone. If irritation, redness, or swelling develops, discontinue treatment and consult a doctor. Not to be used in children under 2 years of age. Do not use for more than 14 days except on medical advice. Avoid application over large skin areas. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
