How to Use

  1. Remove the inner pouch.

  2. To warm: Microwave pouch flat up to 50 sec (500–750 W), or 20 sec at 800–1000 W; let cool for 30 sec.

  3. Replace pouch in plush and enjoy gentle heat. For cold therapy, chill pouch in fridge for 2 hrs before use.

  4. Spot-clean outer plush; do not microwave the toy directly.
