How To Use

It is recommended to put on compression stockings in the morning upon waking.
Turn the sock inside out down to the heel pocket.
Slide your foot into the sock until your heel is correctly positioned in the heel pocket.
Grasping the top of the sock, pull it up over your ankle and calf, working it up towards the knee.
Smooth out any wrinkles or folds to ensure a proper fit and correct compression distribution.
