How To Use

Ensure the microwave turntable is clean and can rotate freely.
Place the wheat pack flat onto the turntable.
Heat for 60-90 seconds. Do not exceed the recommended heating time.
Carefully remove the pack from the microwave. Test the temperature on your wrist to ensure it is comfortable before applying to the affected area.
To use as a cold pack, place in a sealed plastic bag and store in the freezer for at least 45 minutes.

Always test the temperature before application to avoid burns. Do not overheat. Do not apply directly to sensitive, damaged, or broken skin. Supervise use with children.
