How To Use

**Cold Therapy:** Store Medi Pak in the freezer. Insert into cover. Place on the affected area.
**Heat Therapy:** Place Medi Pak flat on the turntable only in the microwave, set power on the lowest setting. Heat for 2 minutes. Alternatively, place Medi Pak in a suitable vessel and pour boiling hot water on the pack, resting it in the hot water for 3 – 5 minutes to reach the required temperature.

Warnings

Discard if punctured.
Persons with circulatory problems should not use cold compression except as directed by a doctor.
Do not heat in the microwave for more than 3 minutes at one time.
Excessive heating may cause the pack to rupture or leak.
