How To Use

Put on in the morning upon waking, when swelling is at its minimum.
Reach inside the stocking and grasp the heel pocket.
Turn the stocking inside out up to the heel.
Slip your foot into the stocking until your heel is correctly positioned in the heel pocket.
Gently pull the rest of the stocking up over your leg and smooth out any wrinkles.
Pull the pantyhose up smoothly over the hips and abdomen.
