In Essence's ie Hayfever Essential Oil Blend is a soothing blend of 100% Lemon, Peppermint, Lavender and Cypress essential oils traditionally used in aromatherapy to relieve symptoms associated with hayfever and seasonal allergies such as respiratory congestion, nasal secretions, headache and catarrh.

HOW TO USE:

Vaporisation: Add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.

Massage: Add 6 drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (12mL) of carrier oil and massage.

Lemon (Citris Limon), Peppermint (Mentha X piperita leaf), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) herb top flowering, Cupressus (Sempervirens branch).
