How to Use

Have an assisting person perform the treatment — do not use ear candles on yourself.
Prepare a glass of water nearby to safely extinguish the candle.
Lie on one side in a comfortable position with your head supported so the ear canal is nearly vertical.
Your partner should protect your hair and clothing with a cover.
Light the unlabelled end of the ear candle and gently place the non-burning end onto the outer ear canal with a slight rotating motion until it seals in place.
When positioned correctly, no vapour will escape from the sides, and you’ll hear a pleasant crackling sound.
Hold the ear candle steady during use. Burn down only to 1 cm above the security line, then remove carefully and extinguish in water.
Repeat on the other ear using a new ear candle.
Rest for 15–30 minutes afterward to enhance the relaxation effect.
