COSMETICS SQUAD CUSTOMER POLICY UPDATED JUNE 26 2019

We are dedicated to bringing you products that you will fall in love with. We stand behind our products 100% and guarantee quality for every item on our site. However, we realise not every product will work for every person. If you’re not completely satisfied with your product we would like to know. We’re happy to hear your opinion and recommend products that might be a better fit for you.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 100% results guarantee, however the results are not usually seen until after the second jar. If a customer has tried our product for at least 45 days and is not satisfied, shoot us an email for information about exchanging your product.

We guarantee results after at least 45 days of daily use as directed. If you do not see results after 45 days of use, you are welcome to contact us at customerservice@cosmeticssquad.com.au to request an exchange of another product of your choice from our website.

  • This guarantee is valid for up to 60 days from delivery date
  • This policy is only valid for orders made through cosmeticssquad.com.au. Items purchased from other resellers cannot be exchanged with us.
  • This policy is only valid for first time customers of the B-Tight mask
  • All containers must be returned whether empty, partially used, or unopened to make any exchanges

SHIPPING

Cosmetics Squad will not cover shipping costs for any returns. This is on you! Choose whatever courier you would like and ensure the box is packaged properly as to ensure no damage occurs. Please do not ship packages that require a collection as they will not be accepted. On orders over $75, consider using a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance to be extra safe! We cannot guarantee your item will be received.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We’ll send you a replacement as soon as possible at no extra cost! Just contact our customer service team. If items are damaged or defective, you’ll need to make sure you contact us within 24 hours of the delivery. Make sure to check your items right away when your package arrives! Please include photographic proof that it is damaged.


LOST PACKAGES

If your item doesn’t arrive within the time stated (10 business days for AU, 12 business days for NZ), please make sure to contact us right away and we’ll be happy to assist!

If you see the tracking information says your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us via email quickly and we’ll help you get to the bottom of it! Should orders be sent back to us because of invalid shipping information, we can resend it to the correct address, however the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
