How To Use

Chew two (2) tablets per day with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
For optimal absorption, it is recommended to take one tablet in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Warnings

Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. Contains sucralose and sugars. Phenylketonurics: contains phenylalanine. Follow the directions for use. Do not use if seal is broken or missing. Store below 25°C.
