How To Use

Remove any existing insoles from your footwear.
Place the Footlogics insoles into the shoes.
If necessary, trim the insoles to the correct size using scissors, cutting only the forefoot area.

Warnings

In the beginning, the orthotics may feel 'strange'. This is normal. We suggest you wear them for 1 hour on the first day, 2 hours on the second, and so on, until you can wear them comfortably all day. If pain persists, discontinue use and consult your podiatrist or other health care professional.
