Usage:

Care:
Close fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry. DO NOT machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners

Size:
For left or right hand, this support is adjustable to fit most wrists. Measure around wrist
Adjust to fit 5.5- 9.5 in 14.0 - 24.1 cm

To Wear:
1. Open main and secondary straps. Position pad over base of the palm of hand, where joint bends. Wrap and secure main strap
2. Wrap secondary strap and secure. Adjust until desired level of support is achieved
