How To Use

With clean hands, roll the plug between your fingers to soften it.
Shape the softened plug into a ball.
Place the plug over the ear opening and flatten it to form an airtight seal. Avoid pushing the plug deep into the ear canal.
To remove, press up on the ear from behind the ear lobe and carefully lift the edges of the plug to break the seal.

Warnings

For external use only. Do not cut or break plugs. Do not push plugs deep into the ear canal. If you have a history of ear problems, please consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children. These earplugs are non-toxic but may interfere with breathing if caught in the windpipe, which could lead to serious injury or death. Never use for swimming at depths of more than 3 metres. Never use for scuba diving. Discard if plugs become dirty or are no longer sticky.
