How To Use

For best results, insert ear plugs BEFORE take-off and remove AFTER landing and cabin doors have been opened.
With clean hands, roll and compress the entire ear plug into a narrow, crease-free cylinder.
With the opposite hand, gently pull the top of the ear up and back to straighten the ear canal.
Quickly insert the compressed ear plug well into the ear canal and hold it in place for 30-60 seconds until it expands for a comfortable, snug fit.
To remove, gently twist the earplug to slowly break the seal. Quick removal may damage the eardrum.
