How To Use

To Serve Hot:

Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil (100°C).
Add 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into an infuser.
Place the infuser in your cup or teapot and pour the hot water over it.
Brew for 3–5 minutes, then remove the infuser and enjoy.

To Serve Cold:

Place 2–3 teaspoons of loose tea into a jug of cold, filtered water.
Cover and steep in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours, or overnight for a deeper infusion.
Strain if needed and serve over ice or as is.
