How To Use

Insert your hand into the stocking as far as the heel pocket.
Grasp the center of the heel pocket and turn the stocking inside out to the heel area.
Carefully pull the stocking over your foot and heel, ensuring the heel is centered in the heel pocket.
Gently pull the remainder of the stocking up and around your ankle and calf.
Smooth out any wrinkles. The top band should sit approximately two finger-widths below the back of the knee.
