It contains Chamomile and Passionflower, traditionally used in homeopathic medicine to calm an overactive mind and reduce nervous tension, supporting a peaceful night's sleep.

How To Use

Shake well before use. Use the measuring device provided.
Children 2 - 4 years: take 5mL.
Children 5 - 9 years: take 7.5mL.
Children 10 - 14 years: take 10mL.
Give 30 minutes before bed, and again at bedtime if needed. If woken during the night, one further dose may be given. Do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours.
