How To Use

For a full body soak: Mix 2 cups in warm bath water and soak for 20 minutes.
For a foot soak: Mix 1/2 cup in warm water and soak feet for 15 minutes to enjoy the calming aromas.
For aches, sprains, and stings: Mix 1 cup in 1 litre of warm water. Soak a cloth or towel in the solution, squeeze out excess water, and apply to the targeted area for 5 minutes. Repeat 2 or 3 times.
